There are no academic prerequisites to enroll in the program. The only requirement is the ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
4What topics will I learn in this coaching program?
Throughout the program, you will gain a solid foundation in professional coaching, including the definition of coaching according to the ICF, the core coaching competencies, and the ICF code of ethics. You will also explore how to develop a coaching mindset, actively listen, ask powerful questions, and use coaching language effectively. The training includes guidance on building trust, being fully present, setting goals with clients, and facilitating meaningful change. You'll also learn when to refer clients to therapy, get introduced to helpful assessment tools, and understand how to grow your own coaching business. The sessions are interactive and include live practice with feedback from trainers.
5What is the duration of the program?
The program is delivered online over a period of six months, with live sessions held once a week for three hours. After the core modules are completed, participants continue with ten hours of mentoring spread over an additional three months. All sessions take place via the Zoom platform.
6What will I gain from this program?
Upon completing the program, you will become an internationally certified coach and gain practical experience through live training. You’ll be guided by a team of three expert trainers and become part of a supportive alumni community. In addition to receiving valuable coaching tools and resources, you’ll be coached yourself during the program, helping you grow personally and professionally. The program also helps you clarify your goals and lays the groundwork for developing your own coaching business.

1What is included in each track of the Coach2Transform program?
Each track within the Coach2Transform advanced coaching programs provides a comprehensive learning experience. The program also includes mentor coaching delivered by qualified ICF-credentialed mentors, aligned with ICF standards. In addition, participants will engage in several observed coaching sessions with experienced assessors to strengthen and evaluate their coaching skills. The program concludes with a final recorded coaching session that is assessed against ICF’s Professional Certified Coach (PCC) performance markers.
2What certification will I receive after completing the program?
Upon successful completion of the program, you will receive a Certificate of Completion for your chosen track. You will also become eligible to apply for the Professional Certified Coach (PCC) credential through the ICF Level 2 pathway after accumulating 500 hours of coaching experience. This credential is globally recognized as a mark of excellence in the coaching profession.
